To return or exchange any product, simply complete the return form located on the back of your Purchase Receipt. Indicate in the “Item(s) Being Returned” section underneath “Other: Please Explain” that the product was used as part of the 90-Day Challenge. If you are exchanging products, be sure to list the items you want for replacement.
If the credit for the returned products is greater than the price of the exchanged products, the difference will be applied to your Melaleuca account and you can use it on any future order. If the credit for returned products is less than the price of the exchanged items, we'll simply deduct the difference using your preferred method of payment on file. To reduce shipping costs, your requested exchange products will automatically ship in your next order, unless otherwise requested.
